Inaugural Savannah Symposium to examine sustainable business out bush 

 
 

Savannah Way Limited, the Savannah Guides and the Tropical Savannas CRC will host the first Savannah Symposium later this month at Charles Darwin University.

The inaugural symposium’s theme is “Sustainable business in the bush”. A host of nationally and internationally renowned presenters will gather to examine and discuss the challenges and success stories within the areas of sustainable communities, conservation business and ecotourism.

Conference-style sessions will be held at CDU from 17–19 November and will be followed by field workshops on 20–21 November at Kakadu National Park and Arnhem Land, examining behind the scenes of Indigenous tourism operations.
Participants can join for either or both sessions.

The symposium will bring together many key stakeholders including:
