Menzies seminar series

Dr Thomas Snelling presents ‘Rotavirus vaccination in the NT: closing the gap for Indigenous children?’, on Monday 21 April from 12pm to 1pm.

Can rotavirus vaccination ‘close the gap’ of diarrhoeal disease between Indigenous and non Indigenous children? In his presentation Dr Snelling will review the epidemiology of rotavirus disease, and provide an analysis of the 2004 and 2007 Central Australian outbreaks, to predict the likely impact of vaccination in the NT.

This seminar takes place in the Menzies Seminar Room, John Mathews Building, Royal Darwin Hospital Campus.
