Soar into this festive season looking good and feeling great with Boot Camp!

Boot Camp is an excellent and fun way to improve fitness, gain confidence, lose weight and increase strength.

This team building program has guaranteed strength gains with a military style lesson format.

Boot Camp is designed for all fitness levels so anyone can attend.

The program runs from Monday 8 October to Friday 14 December – three days a week over 10 weeks (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) – at the following times:

Monday: 6.10am - 7.00am
Wednesday: 6.10am - 7.00am
Friday: 6.10am - 7.00am

Cost for the program is $300 (includes shirt) and session primarily take place at Charles Darwin University Sport.
