The Ambassador of Switzerland, His Excellency Christian Mühlethaler and his wife visited Charles Darwin University (CDU) on June 13.
During his visit His Excellency met with Deputy Vice-Chancellor Teaching and Learning, Professor Charles Webb.
Professor Webb provided the Ambassador with an overview of the University and explained that CDU is a multi-sector education provider with excellence in both higher education and vocational training and education.
The Ambassador and Professor Webb also discussed some of the University’s major areas of excellence in research including Indigenous and cross-cultural knowledge and tropical and desert knowledge.
