Libby McAllister presents ‘Climate change in the NT’, on Monday 28 May from 12pm to 1pm.
Climate change is in the media almost daily - melting arctic ice, European heat waves, American hurricanes and drought in south eastern Australia. But what are the projected impacts on the NT?
Libby’s seminar will provide the latest CSIRO climate projections for the Territory, what the NT Government is doing about climate change, and discuss what this means for health in the Territory into the future.
Libby McAllister is with the Environment Protection Agency Program at the Department of Natural Resources, Environment and the Arts.
This seminar takes place in the Menzies Seminar Room, John Mathews Building, Royal Darwin Hospital Campus.
Visit the Menzies School of Health Research website for information about this and future seminars.
