uniprint Express

A new student print and copy system will be implemented during the CDU semester break, 10-13 April 2007.

uniprint Express is an enhancement and extension of the system that currently exists at Casuarina and Palmerston campus libraries, with benefits including:

Colour capability at all central locations
Faster printing speeds
Higher print and copy resolution
EFTPOS and credit card recharge options
A university-sponsored PrintStart Quota.

Each student will have a print account linked to their student ID card and student computer account. There will be a ‘PrintStart’ quota credited to each enrolled student’s print account and will enable students a limited amount of free printing or copying. Students may purchase additional credits via cash recharging units or EFTPOS terminals in the libraries.

uniprint Express will be available in the following areas:

Casuarina library
Palmerston library
Casuarina computing labs C29.3
Palmerston computing labs PA.1
Palmerston computing lab PB.1
Palmerston computing lab PC.2
Faculty of Education, Health and Science and School of Information Technology computing labs
