Associate Professor Sven-Erik Bursell presents ‘Telemedicine: Changing health care delivery’, on Thursday 27 April, from 12pm to 1pm.
Dr Bursell will discuss his collaborative telemedicine program and the various research and development efforts associated with electronic health care delivery for diabetes care in general and for diabetes eye care more specifically.
Dr Bursell is with the Department of Opthamology, Harvard Medical School; an Investigator at the Joslin Diabetes Centre; and Director, Joslin Vision Network TeleHealth Program, Joslin Diabetes Centre.
This presentation takes place in the Menzies Seminar Room, John Mathews Building, Royal Darwin Hospital campus.
