Registrations for the Which Bach? Symposium are now open, with discounted ticket prices for all CDU staff.
The program explores the compositional origins of some of the chamber works of Johann Sebastian Bach.
Three distinguished experts will contribute lectures and performances, examining possible theories to explain the mystery of the works: Dr Yo Tomita, a world leading Bach scholar from Queen’s University Belfast; Elizabeth Anderson, renowned Melbourne based harpsichordist; and Jack Glatzer, internationally acclaimed violinist.
The program will be led by CDU’s Associate Professor Martin Jarvis. Performances and lectures will also be given by CDU music staff, Rebecca Harris (Cello), Chen Hui (Harpsichord), Janusz Kwansy (Flute), and Stephan Bulmer (Guitar).
