Milena Mathie will provide an introductory workshop in the art of making silk paper on Thursday 19 October, from 1pm to 4.30pm.
This workshop is open to both fashion and non-fashion students. The cost includes tuition, silk fibres and textile medium:
Fashion students $40, non-fashion students $60
You will need to bring plastic containers (ice-cream), two metres of tulle (white/ivory), paint brushes at least 5cm wide, thick plastic sheeting (4 metres) and rags or old towels.
