Charles Darwin University (CDU) is set to host a patent, trade mark and design seminar aimed at establishing and enforcing intellectual property rights and is calling for individual appointments.
Associate of Wray & Associates, Dr Linda Kennaugh, will present a seminar at the Casuarina Campus on 29 September to discuss intellectual property with a particular reference to patents.
“Patent, trade mark and design registrations play a crucial role in the protection of intellectual property rights,” said Dr Kennaugh.
