Charles Darwin University’s (CDU) Palmerston Campus will be a focal point when it hosts the fourth Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) Top End Symposium next month.
The symposium entitled, The future: What’s out there, will be held at the Palmerston Campus on the 13-14 October.
CDU lecturer in library studies and symposium contact, Jill Heffernan, said that registrations are now being taken for this year’s fourth ALIA Top End Symposium.
“Organised by Territorians for Territorians, this year’s symposium will focus on new roles and innovative programs developing within the information industry.
“Participants will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge about current activities, explore new ideas and gain insight into future options,” she said.
