Associate Professor Elizabeth Cartwright presents ‘Using video filmmaking in community-based health research’ on Tuesday 1 August from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

Associate Professor Elizabeth Cartwright is director of Hispanic Health Projects, Department of Anthropology, University of Idaho, USA. She will be making time to meet with staff and provide some formal and informal talks.

Elizabeth is a nurse and medical anthropologist who specialises in working with minority populations and cross-cultural health issues. She directs the Hispanic Health Project and engages community members, academic professionals, service providers and policy makers in efforts that increase health status and health awareness of Hispanics in Southeast Idaho and Mexico.

This presentation takes place in the Menzies Seminar Room, John Mathews Building, Royal Darwin Hospital campus.
