Accountancy today is a dynamic and changing profession. The 2006 Accounting at the Top conference, to be held in Darwin at the Holiday Inn Esplanade from 7-9 June, will offer professionals opportunities to network with 17 presenter experts and over 200 finance, accounting and business professionals from all over the Territory and interstate.
Participants will be able to tailor a personalised program with a choice of seven plenary sessions and 18 concurrent sessions over the three days.
New additions to the 2006 conference include master class workshops which will assist professionals in building better business relationships. There will also be a free community session on the function and audit requirements for boards in Not-For Profit and Associations.
Professionals new to the industry will also be able to get updates on topics such as stock market versus property investment strategies and industrial relations reforms.
