Applications for Rhodes Scholarships at Oxford University are invited from candidates who received, or will receive, their first degree in the Australian Capital Territory or the Northern Territory.
Candidate must have achieved academic training sufficiently advanced to assure completion of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably with Honours) and must have passed their eighteenth and not reached their twenty-fifth birthday by 1 October 2006.
Applications due 1 September 2006.
