Médecins Sans Frontières recruitment and information evening

The international medical-humanitarian aid organisation, Médecins Sans Frontières, will be holding a recruitment information evening at Charles Darwin University this week.

On Thursday 8 July, representatives from Médecins Sans Frontières Australia will be at CDU to explain qualifications needed to become a field worker, what the recruitment procedures are and will also provide information on what the organisation does around the world.

Around 2000 doctors, nurses and support staff, are working alongside more than 22,000 locally recruited staff in trouble spots around the world helping those living on the edge of human tolerance. In 2009, over 100 of these were Australians and New Zealanders.

The recruitment and information evening will be held at 6.30pm on Thursday, 8 July in Building Blue 5.1.01, CDU’s Casuarina campus.
