Recruitment fair leads to real job opportunities

Charles Darwin University students will have the opportunity to consider their employment options during CDU’s annual Graduate Recruitment Fair on Tuesday 1 April.

The Graduate Recruitment Fair is not only for students to explore future opportunities, but is also for employers who use the event as an opportunity to scout for new talent.

In previous years, CDU students, before completing their studies, have received job offers by companies attending the fair.

During the 2008 fair, students will be able to speak with representatives from a diverse range of international, national and local employers from both the government and private sectors.

This year up to 40 exhibitors will be recruiting from a broad range of disciplines including: accountancy, law, commerce, hospitality, teaching, IT, science, engineering, social sciences and humanities, and health.

All current and former students are welcome to attend.

The Graduate Recruitment Fair will be held on CDU’s Casuarina campus, at the basketball courts, on Tuesday 1 April from 10am to 3pm.
