The Institute of Public Administration Australia NT presents ‘The Boomerang Secondment: Hot and cold public sector issues - NT and Alberta’, on Monday 25 February at the Mitchell Centre, Darwin City.
Jenny has worked in government, both federal and state, for over 25 years. Her background is in workforce capability and organisational development.
Most recently Jenny returned from a one year secondment to the Alberta Public Service working in the Commissioners office. Her role there included building a career development framework, creating a policy internship program, and designing cross sector senior manager project teams.
Jenny is currently with Strategic Workforce Planning and Development.
Jenny’s presentation will highlight some of the key challenges facing our counterparts on the other side of the world and outline areas where we can learn from each other.
