CDU Graduation Ceremony 2007 

 
 

More than 2000 people will graduate at Charles Darwin University’s (CDU) mid-year graduation ceremony for 2007.

Over 500 graduates will attend the ceremony where they will receive formal recognition of successfully completing their studies.

The ceremony, to be held on the grounds of CDU’s Casuarina Campus on 24 and 25 May, will recognise the academic achievements of students from both the higher education and vocational and technical education sectors.

Chris Darwin, the great great grandson of Charles Darwin, after whom the University is named, will act as a keynote speaker at the ceremony.

Among the graduates the University will recognise two honorary doctorates, 14 PhD’s and a variety of medalists.

The Faculty of Law, Business and Arts along with the Faculty of Technology will honor their graduates on Thursday 24 May, with the Faculty of Education, Health and Science and the Institute of Advanced Studies honoring their graduates on Friday 25 May.

The CDU graduation ceremony will be held at CDU’s Casuarina Campus on 24 and 25 May, with proceedings commencing at 6.30pm.
