It's not too late to apply for university study

As students around the country consider their tertiary options, the message from Charles Darwin University is loud and clear: don’t give up hope of study this year.

Applications for admission to CDU are still being accepted by the South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC).

Even for those applicants who do not have a Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER), time has not yet run out. CDU offers the Tertiary Enabling Program for students over the age of 18 who are lacking the necessary TER score – which can be completed in as little as 16 weeks. And the course is fee free, with the option to study on campus or at home. Successful completion of the program may allow some students to begin university study in Semester 2 of this year – even if you left school early or entered the workforce many years ago.

The Tertiary Enabling Program can be completed full-time or part-time, but you need to contact CDU’s Uni Info Shop so that you can be put in touch with expert staff who can advise on the appropriate actions. Uni Info Shop’s number on the Casuarina campus is freecall 1800 654 967.

Details of the enabling courses are also available on the website www.cdu.edu.au/tep.

Casuarina campus will conduct special TEP enrolment days on February 6 and 20, with Palmerston enrolments on February 5 and 19.
