CDU welcomes representatives from our international partners

Mr Jonathan R. GoldbergBelle, Director of International Student Affairs, University of Illinois Springfield (USA)

This month representatives from two of Charles Darwin University’s international Study Abroad partner institutions will visit the Casuarina campus.

Mr Jonathan GoldbergBelle, Director of International Student Affairs, and Ms Karen Moranski, Associate Vice Chancellor for Undergraduate Education, from the University of Illinois Springfield (USA) will be visiting CDU on March 16 and 17. As part of their visit they will be meeting with representatives from the faculties of Law, Business and Arts and Education, Health and Science.

Mr GoldbergBelle will also be a guest speaker at an information session being run by the International Office for CDU students who are considering taking part in the University’s student exchange program.

The information session will be held on Thursday 16 March at 2pm in room 24.10, and is an ideal chance for students to discover the opportunities that a semester or year abroad can offer.

Also visiting in March is Mr Peter Hilton, Director of International Relations and Recruitment, at Jonkoping University in Sweden. Mr Hilton hopes to strengthen ties between both universities during his visit with discussions about student and staff exchange opportunities and potential collaborative research ventures.

The international Office is coordinating these and other visits throughout the year from our valued Study Abroad partners.
