Chris Lacanu (Kojac) and Rodney Gear share a laugh with Jane.

Drinks were held today at CDU Alice Springs campus for Jane Molloy, leaving the campus after 15 years at the University.

Jane has come along way since 1991 as a casual cleaner to her most recent position as Personal Assistant to the Head of School - Trades.

She has accepted a role of Assistant Manager at the Australian Apprenticeship Centre in Alice Springs.

Her transition into administration started in 1996, taking on casual roles across various faculties and areas including Student Services and Horticulture. She eventually applied, and was accepted into a full time position.

Jane completed Certificate IV in Business Administration this year and says the study was invaluable for her role.

She enjoyed her time at CDU and will keep in contact with the University.

‘The people here at CDU are just fantastic and I will always look back at my time at the University as a happy experience,’ she said.
