Places are still open in a variety of cookery classes at Palmerston Campus.
On 28 October, find out more about Malaysian and Chinese cookery with lecturer TY LEE.
Lecturer David Taylor will provide the following lessons:
30 September - Oriental wok cooking
21 October - Northern Thai cooking
11 November - Carribean cooking
And Bharat Desai will present Indian curry and Tandoori cooking on 7 October.
All classes are on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm. Cost includes all ingredients, recipes and a glass of wine or a soft drink with lunch.
Cost per session: $50
Bring along pen and paper and non-slip covered shoes.
