Australia Post’s Casuarina Campus based shop recently conducted a survey to measure customer perceptions of their service.
The survey produced some interesting results with international and domestic mailing services the key services used by customers.
48 per cent of those surveyed use the on-campus facilities twice a week. The Post Office shop appeals to customers due to its convenient location and customer friendly service. 90 per cent of survey respondents are very satisfied with the services provided.
CDU Post Office Manager, Pete Polman, commented, “The survey has provided an insight into customer perceptions towards our services and products. Most importantly, it has identified what new products can be introduced. We look forward to offering new services and products to meet the needs of customers using on-campus Post Office services.”
Those who provided responses to the survey were in the draw to win a $100 CDU Post Office gift voucher with Sophie Butler named as the lucky winner.
